Administration and Compliance Officer

On behalf of our client, a leading international service solutions provider, we are seeking an experienced Administrator join their busy Newtownabbey based office.


Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Administrator will provide day to day administrative support:


Duties include:

·Coordinating tender/bid documents.

·Scheduling appointments for Commercial Director.

·Managing emails on behalf of Commercial Director.

·Completing standard documents for employees on client assignment including Contracts of

·employment, application for A1 certificates, International Tax Codes etc

·Carrying out the onboarding process as per the Onboarding Checklist for new staff etc in line with company, client and legislative requirements

·Documenting process & procedures in line with ISO & client requirements

·Undertake regular internal audits to ensure contractual and compliance requirements are delivered.

·Ensuring appropriate and relevant documentation and record keeping is adopted to monitor quality and compliance

·Facilitate external audits and inspections from third parties

·Accurately updating Company Management system

·Taking minutes of meetings and circulating in a timely fashion including agreed action points where

·Maintaining company dairy, holiday schedule and coordinating holiday/ annual leave requests

·Providing support for payroll processing

·Providing accurate reporting on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis as required


You will need:

·Good general level of education to include at least five GCSE’s (at a minimum of Grade C) to include English and Maths or equivalent.

·One years’ administration experience (in last three years) working in a fast paced, business environment including operation of computerised system.

·Experience of maintaining quality management systems.

·Experience within a Recruitment Administrator or HR Administrator environment would be beneficial.

·Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential.

·Experience dealing with contractors in engineering and/or manufacturing would be beneficial.

·A second language would be beneficial but no essential,


The salary is negotiable (£20-25K) and will be based on experience. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.00 to 4pm and a work from home option on a Friday (8am-4pm).
