Customer Support Executive

On behalf of our client, an established Software Development company, with offices in Newry, Northern Ireland and the US, we are seeking a Customer Support Technician to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Director, the Customer Support Technician will work with the On-boarding/ Implementation Team, helping to implement a software solution into a variety of different business sectors.

Duties include:

  • Organising and supporting junior team members.
  • Oversee quality control for the on-boarding team
  • Processing bespoke client reports and job sheets.
  • Interact with customers on a daily basis with an emphasis on the best possible customer experience
  • Managing technical enquiries in relation to our software
  • Trouble shooting and offering guidance as to best practices for all customers
  • Managing the customer support ticket system and ensure that all support tickets are answered
  • Ensure customer issues are dealt with quickly and professionally
  • Provide training and ongoing support for an existing customer base


  • Must be computer literate and able to use MS Office products.
  • HTML Knowledge and design is essential
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn
