Marketing Communications Specialist

A fantastic opportunity exists for a highly creative Marketing professional to join the marketing team of one of Northern Ireland’s Top companies in a permanent contract.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Campaigns Specialist role is to support and own the end-to-end project management of a variety of advertising campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring integration with all other business divisions and key stakeholders. The Marketing Campaigns Specialist will be a vital member of the team working on campaigns on channels like TV, outdoor, press and online etc as well as campaigns such as direct mail, events and installer activity. You will seize opportunities to make the most of the fantastic asset that is the company brand. As a Marketing professional, you must be highly creative and open- minded with a desire to solve problems for colleagues and the team.

Salary starting from £26000 depending on experience well as a great benefits packages, together with comprehensive training and development programmes. Benefits include: A performance related award of up to 15% of basic salary. Holidays: 25 days annual leave, plus 10 statutory days & 2.5 ‘company days’. This is a full time permanent role. Hours of work Monday to Thursday 8.30-5pm and Friday 8.30- 3.45.



·5+ years relevant marketing campaign experience including media analysis tools (NMR, RAJAR etc,)

·3rd level marketing related qualification

·Experience in developing and managing market research – qualitative and quantitave

·Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and competentcopywriter with sound working knowledge of ASA

/ CAP guidelines

·Strong commercial acumen - analytical skills, strategic and creative thinker

·Highly motivated with ability to work on own initiative and to prioritise workload

·Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skillsand ability to coordinate and manage directand indirect staff (internal and external)

·Experience managing external agencies including advertising, videography, data, digital and social agencies.

·Full UK driving licence

·Experience of managing a communications and media plan, proven track record in delivering resultsaccording to targets

·Media buying experience with strong negotiation skills

·A deep understanding of marketing (and specifically advertising)principles

·Strong digital and social acumen

·Ability to analyse and interrogate media plans

·Significant budgetary and financial management skills

·Excellent communicator and influencer

·Good time management skills,used to keeping to deadlineswith the abilityto manage multipleprojects simultaneously

·Strong organisation skills with outstanding attention to detail

·Strong interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
