Temp role for 6months+ JOB DUTIES: To provide general administration support to the Revenue Protection Manager, the successful individual will be required to carry out a variety of tasks. These will include admin support, data input, and daily customer contact by phone to resolve customer queries and agree payment arrangements. REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be IT literate - experience in Excel is essential. They must also be proficient in letter writing. The successful candidate must have strong negotiating skills and experience of debt management. This role will ideally be suited to someone who may have previously worked in credit control environment. Applicants should have relevant experience working as an administrator within a busy working environment.
