<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced qualified accountant to join a busy Finance team, supporting senior managers and budget holders through the provision of high-quality financial management, business case development, financial analysis and reporting.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial planning, budget management, service development proposals and strategic decision-making across the organisation.</span></p>
<h2><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Liaise with auditors and support implementation of agreed recommendations.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance function.</span></li>

<h2><b>Essential Criteria</b></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Applicants must possess:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">CCAB Qualified Accountant status.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A minimum of 3 years&#8217; relevant financial management experience.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At least 1 year&#8217;s experience of budgetary control and the preparation of management accounting information and reports.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At least 1 year&#8217;s experience in business case production.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve successful financial management outcomes.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including the ability to analyse and present complex financial information.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy Parks Service team, helping to maintain and enhance parks, open spaces, sports facilities, cemeteries, woodlands, and public areas across the Borough. The successful candidates will undertake a variety of grounds maintenance, horticultural, and driving duties while contributing to the delivery of high-quality public services.</span></p>
<h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Carry out grounds maintenance and horticultural work across parks, open spaces, sports pitches, cemeteries, and recreational facilities.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Operate and maintain a range of vehicles, machinery, tools, and plant equipment safely and effectively.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Undertake grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting, pruning, seeding, turf laying, watering, spraying, and fertiliser application.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Perform routine maintenance activities including litter collection, sweeping, leaf collection, gritting, snow clearance, and general site upkeep.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Conduct daily vehicle and equipment safety inspections and complete required records.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist with maintenance of synthetic sports facilities and Council-owned grounds.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support cemetery operations as required.</span></li>

<h3><b>Essential Criteria</b></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Applicants must demonstrate:</span></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A full current driving licence and willingness to obtain C1+E entitlement within 9 months of appointment (funded by the organisation), </span><b>or</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> a provisional licence with willingness to achieve a full licence and C1+E entitlement within 9 months.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) qualification card, or willingness to obtain this within 9 months (funded).</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">An NVQ Level 1 in Amenity Horticulture, or willingness to achieve this within an agreed timeframe (funded).</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working as part of a team.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At least 3 months&#8217; experience dealing with queries from members of the public.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Knowledge of grounds maintenance techniques and health and safety requirements.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A flexible and positive approach to work.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and undertake physically demanding duties.</span></li>

<h2>Essential Criteria</h2>
<p>Applicants must have:</p>

<li>A degree in a relevant discipline such as Marketing, Communications, Business Studies or an equivalent Level 6 qualification.</li>

<li>At least 3 years&#8217; relevant marketing and communications experience in lieu of a degree.</li>
</ul>
<p>In addition, candidates must possess:</p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 2 years&#8217; experience in marketing and communications activities, including campaign development and implementation.</li>
<li>At least 1 year&#8217;s experience in public relations.</li>
<li>Experience producing publications and communication materials.</li>
<li>Excellent organisational, planning and project management skills.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>The ability to manage competing priorities and work to strict deadlines.</li>
<li>A full current driving licence, or access to suitable transport to fulfil the duties of the role.</li>

<h2>About the Role</h2>
<p>We are currently recruiting for a <strong>Business Development Administrative Officer</strong> on behalf of a large public sector organisation.</p>
<p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy Economic Development team, providing high-quality administrative and business support across a range of economic development, employability, skills, regeneration and business support programmes.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects and initiatives that contribute to local economic growth, business engagement and employment opportunities.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Economic Development and Planning Department.</li>
<li>Validate and verify project information submitted by delivery partners.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records, databases, performance dashboards and business directories.</li>
<li>Coordinate meetings, workshops, seminars and stakeholder engagement events.</li>
<li>Prepare, format and issue correspondence, reports, presentations and project documentation.</li>
<li>Support the administration of grant funding programmes and associated payments.</li>
<li>Record and distribute meeting agendas, minutes and action logs.</li>
<li>Manage departmental inboxes, telephone enquiries and customer queries.</li>
<li>Support the delivery of employability and skills programmes, including Labour Market Partnership initiatives.</li>
<li>Assist with the organisation and administration of business events, job fairs, consultations and promotional activities.</li>
<li>Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with GDPR and organisational procedures.</li>
<li>Process purchase orders, invoices and financial documentation in accordance with audit requirements.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Essential Criteria</h2>
<p>Applicants must demonstrate:</p>
<ul>
<li>5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade A-C, including English Language and Mathematics.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>OR</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 4 years&#8217; administrative experience in lieu of the qualification requirement.</li>
</ul>
<p>In addition, applicants must have:</p>
<ul>
<li>At least 2 years&#8217; administrative experience, including:
<ul>
<li>Dealing with members of the public and responding to enquiries from a variety of stakeholders.</li>
<li>Data input, record management and information retrieval.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Excellent organisational and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively within a small specialist team.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>High levels of discretion and confidentiality.</li>
<li>Competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.</li>
<li>A full current driving licence or access to suitable transport to fulfil the requirements of the role.</li>
</ul>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estates, facilities, building services, or construction professional to play a key role in supporting the delivery of safe, modern, and efficient property assets across a diverse estate portfolio.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The successful candidate will assist in the management of maintenance programmes, contractors, building services, compliance activities, and operational staff while helping to ensure high standards of service delivery across multiple sites.</span></p>
<h2><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support the delivery of estates and facilities services across a range of council properties</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist in the management of building maintenance, facilities management, cleaning, security, and caretaking functions</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee and monitor external contractors and service providers</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support planned preventative maintenance programmes and statutory compliance activities</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist with the delivery of refurbishment, maintenance and minor works projects from planning through to completion</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Monitor building-related services including mechanical, electrical, heating, lighting and water systems</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support health and safety compliance, including fire risk assessments, asbestos management and legionella control measures</span></li>

<h2><b>Essential Criteria</b></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Applicants must demonstrate:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A Degree (Level 6 or equivalent) in a relevant discipline such as Building Services, Construction, Building Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar</span></li>
</ul>
<p><b>OR</b></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A minimum of 3 years&#8217; relevant experience within an estates, facilities, construction or property-related environment</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In addition, candidates must have:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At least 1 year&#8217;s experience in building construction, facilities management or maintenance environments, including experience in at least two of the following:</span>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Building construction and current building techniques</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Planned preventative maintenance systems</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Health and safety legislation relating to facilities management</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Facilities contract management</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At least 1 year&#8217;s experience managing or supervising staff and contractors</span></li>

<p>We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Advisor on behalf of a large public sector organisation based in the Antrim area.</p>
<p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a busy and supportive Human Resources team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality HR advice and support to managers, employees and applicants, while contributing to the delivery of an efficient, customer-focused HR service.</p>
<p>Working closely with HR Managers and HR Officers, you will support a broad range of HR activities including recruitment and selection, employee relations, attendance management, HR administration, policy implementation and workforce projects.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
