Key Responsibilities:

· Manage private sector audit client portfolios

· Identify and mitigate audit risks

· Ensure compliance with audit standards and regulations

· Mentor and train audit staff

· Maintain strong client relationships

· Manage financials across audit engagements

· Contribute to business development efforts

Requirements:

· ACA or ACCA qualified

· Proven experience in private sector audit

· Strong communication and client management skills

· Risk assessment and mitigation expertise

· Team leadership and mentoring experience

· Commercial awareness and business development mindset

· Organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented
