The Opportunity

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will join a marketing team to play a central role in delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and commercial growth.

This is a hands-on, varied role where you will have real ownership and visibility across the business. Your ideas will be welcomed, your contribution valued, and your development supported.

You will:

• Contribute to the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns
• Create engaging content across digital and offline channels
• Manage and enhance website and social media performance
• Design high-quality marketing collateral and creative assets
• Collaborate with agency partners on campaigns and PR activity
• Support internal and external events
• Ensure brand consistency and strong messaging across all touchpoints

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Degree qualified in Marketing (with at least 1 year’s experience)
  OR
  Has 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced marketing environment
• Creative and detail-oriented
• Confident working across digital platforms and CMS systems
• Comfortable managing multiple projects
• Proactive, collaborative and eager to contribute ideas
• Experienced using design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva
• A full UK driving licence is required due to occasional event attendance.
