Location: Belfast
Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Sales Support Specialist to join a busy, office‑based sales team in Belfast. This role would suit someone with experience in a sales or customer‑facing environment who brings a proactive, committed, and positive attitude to their work.

Full training will be provided, and while relevant sales experience is beneficial, it is not essential for the right candidate. Please note, no cold calling is required.

The Role

You will play a key part in supporting the sales team while delivering exceptional customer service to an established client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain high‑quality customer service at all times
• Prepare quotes and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Update and maintain customer records
• Complete KPI and performance reports as required
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Make outgoing calls to existing customers (no cold calling)

About You

1. GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
2. At least 1 year’s experience in a sales or customer service role
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach
4. Motivated by achieving results while maintaining excellent customer service
5. A confident team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
6. Sales‑minded with a strong customer‑first focus
