Account Manager – Insurance

Location: Belfast City Centre Position: Permanent Hours: Monday – Friday Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)

About the Role

On behalf of our client, a Global Insurance Service Provider, we are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join their commercial team in Belfast. Requirements

· Previous experience in insurance (commercial or corporate preferred; personal lines considered)

· Strong technical knowledge of insurance issues

· Experience managing a diverse client base across varied risks and complexities

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage at all levels

· CII qualification (or actively working towards it)

Key Duties

· Place all types of commercial risks within the market

· Provide expert, prompt advice to clients regarding their insurance needs

· Liaise with insurer partners as appropriate

· Deliver the highest standards of customer service, handling mid-term adjustments and client queries efficiently

· Manage client files promptly, accurately, and effectively

· Maintain absolute client confidentiality

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures
