Sales Support Specialist
Location: Greater Belfast Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 per annum
The Role
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join a busy, office-based sales team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a sales or customer-facing environment who enjoys delivering excellent service and supporting sales activity.
Full training will be provided for the right candidate, and while industry experience is advantageous, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver and maintain high levels of customer service at all times
· Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
· Update and maintain customer records
· Complete KPI reports as required
· Provide administrative and operational support to the wider sales team
· Make outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling)
Essential Criteria
· 1+ years’ experience working in a sales or customer service environment
· GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different customers
· Results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
· A collaborative team player who performs well under pressure
· Sales-minded with a customer-first attitude
Desirable Criteria
· Experience building rapport and relationships with business or corporate clients
· Familiarity with computerised management information or CRM systems
· Positive, personable, self-motivated, and enthusiastic with a “can-do” attitude
