Book Keeper
Location: Belfast BT4 with Hybrid working after initial probation.
Salary: depending on experience.
Hours: part time 20-30 hours. Monday to Friday.
Duration: Permanent
Apple Recruitment Services are working on behalf of their Client to recruit an experienced Book Keeper to join their team in a part time role.
Duties:
- Prepare Service Charge year end accounts
- Identify and correct mis-posted income and expenditure
- Post accruals/ prepayments and other year end adjustments
- Reconcile independently prepared accounts to property management system
- Issue accounts and service charge certificates
- Nominal bank account reconciliations
- Handle queries arising on accounts
- Undertake ad hoc duties to facilitate the effective running of the team (including occasional off site meetings)
- Prepare reports
- Ensure Service charges are closed within the agreed time frame
- Provide cover for other roles and projects as required
- Develop business relations with group members to maximize cross selling opportunities
- Distribution of AGM related documents
- Credit control

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
