Job Title: Contract & Performance Manager (Civils)

Location: Belfast City Centre

Duration: Temporary

Salary: £23.37 per hour

Hours: 37 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Apple Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our public sector client for a Contract & Performance Manager (Civils) based in Belfast City Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineering professional to join a busy project delivery team, overseeing civil engineering inspections within a social housing environment and providing technical advice, guidance and reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out civil engineering inspections within a social housing setting.Monitor contract performance and ensure works are delivered to the required standards.Provide professional advice, guidance and technical support to senior management.Prepare accurate reports and performance information.Manage and supervise staff within the Contract & Performance Team.Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and organisational procedures.Liaise with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders to support effective project delivery.

Essential Criteria Applicants must have:

  • A Civil Engineering Degree.Chartered status in Civil Engineering.A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.Previous management and staff supervision experience.Intermediate IT proficiency.A full, clean driving licence with access to their own vehicle.Basic Access NI clearance (required prior to commencement).
