Belfast
Permanent | 37 hours per week

We’re recruiting for a Customer Advisor to join a wellestablished and awardwinning organisation

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of a busy and supportive Customer Services team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high
standard of service to customers.
Your day-to-day will include:
 Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
 Coordinating appointments and scheduling work
 Managing service requests and updating internal systems
 Supporting field teams and engineers
 Resolving customer queries and complaints professionally
 Responding to urgent or emergency situations
 Processing documentation and maintaining accurate records
 Providing general administrative support across the team
This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same — ideal for someone who enjoys
problem-solving and working in a team environment.
Working Hours & Perks
Monday–Thursday: 8.30am – 5pm
Friday: 8.30am – 4.30pm
One late shift per week (until 7pm, Mon–Thurs)
No weekend working

Salary & Benefits
 Starting salary: £25,983.50
 £26,483 after 6 months
 £26,983 after 12 months
 Paid overtime opportunities
 Annual salary reviews (every April)
 20 days annual leave + 11 bank holidays (increasing with service)

What We’re Looking For
 5 GCSEs (A–C) or equivalent, including English & Maths
 Either:

o 2+ years in a high-volume contact centre, or
o 3+ years in a busy retail/customer-facing role
 Strong communication and IT skills
 Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload
 A team player with a proactive and organised approach
 Full right to work in the UK
