Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Greater Belfast Area, BT3.

Duration: Permanent.

Starting salary: £21100 with a performance related review taking place after six months

Hours 8.30am Monday to Friday, finishing at 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and at 4.30pm on a Friday.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Customer Service Administrator back-office administration duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top Northern Ireland organisation that provide great on the job training and after probation, an Employee Development Programme which will develop employee skills in areas such as Microsoft Office e.g. excel and PowerPoint, Emotional Intelligence, Developing Confidence, Presentation skills and communication skills to name but a few.

Duties include:

  • Responsible for verifying and auditing operational paperwork, updating customer information in company systems and utilising diary and resource systems.
  • Responsible for planning commercial asset maintenance work within the network, contacting customers to schedule appointments, liaising closely with our engineering department and outside agencies, and dealing with any enquiries relating to this activity.
  • Generating and issuing appointment letters and emails, including information packs and maintaining activity reports associated with the asset maintenance activity.
  • Assist in planning domestic asset maintenance programmes, utilising company diary and resource systems and processes.
  • Updating connection and asset information on company systems following paperwork from ‘operational field operatives’, including filing and archiving paperwork.


You will need:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (Grade A-C) or equivalent
  • At least one year’s relevant administration experience within a customer services environment.
  • A good articulate communicator.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
