Job Title: HR Systems Advisor
Location: Antrim
Salary: £16.90 per hour
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00
Duration: Temporary

We are delighted to be recruiting an HR Systems Advisor on behalf of our client.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly tech-savvy HR professional to support the development, administration, and implementation of HR systems, providing data analysis, reporting, and system support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential administrative support for the HR Systems function, including meeting notes, diaries, and report distribution.

  • Administer HR systems including HRIS and Time Management Systems (TMS), maintaining data integrity and accessibility.

  • Produce routine and ad-hoc HR reports on workforce metrics, attendance, leave, and other key indicators.

  • Support HR system users by providing first-line support and delivering training where required.

  • Assist with HR projects, system updates, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate electronic and manual filing systems in line with GDPR.

  • Assist with payroll, invoicing, and reporting to ensure compliance with Council policies.

  • Participate in cross-departmental working groups and provide project logistics support.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSEs (Grade A–C) including English Language and Maths, OR 4 years’ relevant administrative experience.

  • Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience including data input, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis).

  • Knowledge of HR systems and the ability to troubleshoot minor system issues.

  • Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently with discretion and confidentiality.

  • Hold a current full driving licence or access to suitable transport.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in HR systems administration or analytics.

  • Ability to support training sessions and deliver guidance to staff.

  • Familiarity with Council HR policies, GDPR, and compliance requirements.
