Junior Contracts Manager – Island of Ireland & GB
Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE) | Company van included
Are you an ambitious Junior Contracts Manager with at least 1 year’s management experience? Our client, a leading piling, foundation, and precast contractor, is recruiting across Ireland and Great Britain. This is a hands-on role with clear progression to Contracts Manager.
What you’ll do:
· Assist with management of multiple construction contracts
· Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
· Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control
· Monitor quality, safety, and compliance on site
· Contribute to project delivery from start to finish
What we’re looking for:
· Minimum 1 year’s management experience (construction or related industry)
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Proactive and solution-focused mindset
· Full, clean UK driving licence
· Applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK or Ireland (e.g. Indefinite Leave to Remain, Settled Status, UK/ROI Citizenship). Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this role.
· Willingness to travel across Ireland & GB
