Marketing Officer
Location: Antrim (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-Time | 12-Month Maternity Cover
Salary: £28,000
Hours: 37.5 hrs/week + early finish Fridays
We are delighted to be partnering with an award-winning, people-focused organisation to recruit a Marketing Officer for a 12-month maternity cover contract.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will join a marketing team to play a central role in delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and commercial growth.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you will have real ownership and visibility across the business. Your ideas will be welcomed, your contribution valued, and your development supported.
You will:
- Contribute to the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns
- Create engaging content across digital and offline channels
- Manage and enhance website and social media performance
- Design high-quality marketing collateral and creative assets
- Collaborate with agency partners on campaigns and PR activity
- Support internal and external events
- Ensure brand consistency and strong messaging across all touchpoints
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Degree qualified in Marketing (with at least 1 year’s experience)
OR
Has 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced marketing environment - Creative and detail-oriented
- Confident working across digital platforms and CMS systems
- Comfortable managing multiple projects
- Proactive, collaborative and eager to contribute ideas
- Experienced using design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva
- A full UK driving licence is required due to occasional event attendance.
