Job title: Receptionist
Location: Belfast, City Centre
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
On behalf of our client, an established professional services organisation, we are seeking a receptionist for a full time, permanent role in their city centre office.
This is a great opportunity join a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Receptionist duties:
- Phone answering/managing multiple calls on a switchboard.
- Greeting visitors.
- Managing a meeting room diary on Outlook
- Some Audio typing, sending out letters, emails, etc.
- General administration.
- Dealing with post and couriers.
You will need:
- Previous receptionist experience.
- Audio typing skills
- Experience of using manual and electronic filing systems.
- Excellent communication skills- telephone, face to face and email.
