Job Title: Sales and Lettings Agent
Duration: Permanent
Location: Belfast, BT9.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience plus commission.
Benefits paid holidays, pension.
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 8.45-5.30 Monday to Friday
On behalf of our client, an Estate Agency in the Greater Belfast area, we are seeking an individual to join their team as a Sales and Lettings Agent, although experience is beneficial, the employer can offer training and development to the right candidate.
You will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including PDF.
- Lots of initiative and drive.
- Well-presented and professional approach.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in an extremely busy environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Clean, current valid UK Driving License.
Duties:
- Answer enquiries via telephone, email and face to face.
- Liaising with Vendors, buyers, landlords and Tenants.
- Arrange appointments.
- Survey properties, taking accurate measurements and photographs.
- Attending viewings.
- Carry out follow ups, and report viewer’s comments.
- Ensuring that brochures and price lists are fully up to date.
- Upload images to websites.
