Job Title: Sales Manager- Social Media Team

Location: UK-Wide Remote Working

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 DOE + Bonus + Incentives

 

We are hiring on behalf of a client for a Sales Manager with experience working in digital media to join a high-performing remote sales team within a leading travel company.

About the Role

Our client is a well-established and leading name within the travel industry, operating a busy, high-performing virtual sales function that handles a large volume of holiday enquiries every day. This is more than just sales – it’s about creating excitement, building trust, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from first contact through to departure and beyond.

 

The Opportunity

You’ll be part of a fully remote team of 12, working from anywhere in the UK while staying closely connected to a collaborative and high-energy team. The culture is supportive, motivated, and results-driven, with a strong focus on performance, accountability, and flexibility.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer enquiries across multiple online platforms:
    • Facebook (main page and cruise page)
    • Live Chat
    • WhatsApp
  • Convert inbound enquiries into bookings through engaging, consultative sales conversations
  • Deliver fast, responsive communication – speed to customer is critical
  • Provide exceptional end-to-end customer service
  • Take ownership of sourcing and promoting offers across social platforms:
    • Identify trends in customer demand
    • Monitor competitor activity
    • Analyse performance and optimise future campaigns

About You

  • Experience of managing a team in a sales-driven environment
  • Experience utilising digital media platforms is beneficial
  • A sales-driven manager who enjoys working towards and exceeding targets
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly online
  • Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
  • Comfortable and experienced in remote/virtual working environments
  • Self-motivated and able to stay focused while working from home
  • Motivated by performance, results, and customer satisfaction

 

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK

  • £27,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
