Apple Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a global organisation to recruit a number of individuals for their Belfast, City Centre office.

The postholder(s) will join an innovative and nurturing environment. Starting as an Administrator, you will support your more experienced colleagues in their daily tasks however you can also expect a training and mentoring program that will guide you through industry recognised qualifications, enabling you to progress to an Account Management position within the organisation. With the industry recognised qualifications, you can expect to progress to an Account Manager with your own clients and a growing salary to match.
Duties include:
- Provision of account support services for clients.
- Maintenance of records, preparation of forms/documents, verification of information and resolution of routine problems.
- Provision of administrative support in accordance with agreed procedures.
- Obtain claims information from Insurers.
- Collect data/statistics for inclusion in market presentations.
- Working on premium allocation where required.
- Preparation and issuance of invoices.
- Create and update relevant systems.
- Involvement with the solving of accounts queries.
- Provide support in the overall servicing of the client’s insurance programme.
You will need:
- Educated to at least A-level standard.
- A desire to learn and progress within the insurance industry.
- The ability to work in support of other team colleagues.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Willingness to develop knowledge through formal and informal training.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products or similar software applications.

- Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00pm with 1 hour break
